Highlights

• u64 bitwise operators (v4.36). & | ^ ~ << >> on raw 64-bit unsigned values; << wraps, >> is logical; shift counts clamp to [0,63]; results print unsigned; u64 × non-literal signed stays TC9-loud; float/bool/nil not enabled; VM/AOT parity. See u64 bitwise.
• AOT multi-module POC3 (A.13). qbc v1..v4 accepted; symbol/import-export POC; modules_b10 VM/AOT parity 18 2.500000; generic Box parity; ELF-level incremental cache POC (HIT=2/MISS=2). POC only — per-module objects, full symbol model and full 2.0 remain 6–8/9–13 weeks HIGH and unimplemented. See AOT multi-module POC.
• qfmt v3. Standalone formatter with project-level recursion, .qfmt.toml discovery, --exclude, --jobs, --diff; 306 checks; safe subset, no semantic rewrite. See qfmt.
• OS SDK 1.6.0-prep (external prototype). API-freeze candidate docs + net design; tests 23/23, conformance 10/5/5, examples 3/3, api_stability 99/99; net BLOCKED; VM-only/AOT-loud, not released. See OS SDK.
• LSP 0.11 optional/dev. 0.6.0 remains the supported component; 0.9.0/0.10.0/0.11.0 are optional/dev .vsix builds, not in the tar, not Marketplace-published. See LSP.

Limitations (English summary)

u64 bitwise is integer-only (no float/bool/nil); AOT multi-module is POC-only (not 2.0); qfmt is a safe subset (not complete/semantic rewriting); OS SDK 1.6.0-prep is a prototype (net BLOCKED, not API 1.0, not production-usable); Windows AOT is not implemented (spike estimate 4–6/6–9 weeks MEDIUM-HIGH, 1.5 defers the full workstream); A5 is not an unconditional full-u64 claim; Modules B is not complete; std.fs is VM-only; qpm has no central service; TSAN is not a gate; NOT PUBLISHED.
