Where to get help
| Need | Channel |
|---|---|

| Feature/language proposal | GitHub issue with the feature template; for large changes open a design issue first |
| Build/test questions | Read BUILDING.en.md and QUICKSTART.en.md first, then open an issue |
| Documentation gaps | GitHub issue or pull request against the English docs |
| Security vulnerability | Private report per SECURITY.md — do not open a public issue |
| Code of Conduct concern | Private report per CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md |
| Governance/release questions | GitHub issue tagged governance or release, or contact the Maintainer via the channel below |
Contact placeholder: public repository/community channels are TBD before the first publication (Maintainer decision). Until then, use the repository issue tracker once it exists; do not send security reports to public channels.
Support expectations
- Maintainers and contributors answer on a best-effort basis. No SLA, response-time guarantee, or commercial support is implied by an issue, pull request, or documentation response.
- Supported development environment for this release line: Linux x86-64 (gcc + bash). Windows x86-64 and ARM64 Linux are development-line smoke/parity targets only, with no AOT support and no platform-usability claim.
- The language tree builds with
tools/build.sh; the regression suite istools/test.shplustools/robustness_test.shand the optional drivers intools/(seeBUILDING.en.md).
Commercial support and editions
The 另一产品线 kernel and OS service line are a separate closed-source product and are not part of this repository. Commercial support, custom development, kernel/OS integration, and SLAs are not offered through this repository and require a separate agreement with the Maintainer. Nothing in an issue thread creates a commercial relationship.
What to include in a report
- Version (
VERSIONfile value) and language specification version (docs/qplus_language_spec.mdheader). - Build command and platform (
Linux x86-64, gcc version). - Minimal Q+ program that reproduces the problem and the exact command used.
- Expected vs actual behavior, exit code, stdout/stderr, and whether it occurs on the VM, the AOT backend, or both.
Non-claims
This repository makes no claim that v1.21.0-dev is published, that OS SDK is production-usable, that all platforms are supported, that A5 is an unconditional full-u64 implementation, that Modules B is complete, or that the optional LSP development components are supported release components. See ROADMAP.md and P0_RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md for the current non-claims list.
